改革开放以来,我国科学技术事业获得了长足的发展,科技投入不断增加,科技队伍日益壮大,新的科技体制初步建立,在若干研究领域取得了令人瞩目的科技成果。“科教兴国”的战略得以确立,科学技术对生产力发展的贡献越来越突出。在新的世纪,科学技术创新能力成为综合国力的重要体现,加快科技体制创新,促进科学技术进一步发展,成为社会普遍的共识。本刊以“加快体制创新促进科技进步”为题,邀请有关专家学者于3月12日举行座谈。座谈会由民盟中央副主席郑兰荪院士主持。参加座谈的有(以姓氏笔画为序):王光谦:清华大学水沙科学实验室主任、长江学者特聘教授吉永华:中国科学院上海生命科学院研究员吴中如:河海大学水电学院教授、中国工程院院士陆健健:华东师范大学河口海岸国家重点实验室副主任、教授施平:中国科学院南海海洋研究所所长、研究员章鲁:上海第二医科大学教授潘文石:北京大学生命科学院教授
Since the reform and opening up, China's science and technology have made great strides in their development. Their investments in science and technology have continuously increased, their science and technology teams have grown in size and the new science and technology system has been basically established. It has made remarkable scientific and technological achievements in several research fields. The strategy of “rejuvenating China through science and education” has been established. The contribution of science and technology to the development of the productive forces has become increasingly prominent. In the new century, the capability of science and technology innovation has become an important manifestation of overall national strength. Accelerating the innovation of science and technology system and promoting the further development of science and technology have become common consensus in the society. The magazine to “accelerate system innovation and promote scientific and technological progress ” as the theme, invited experts and scholars to hold a forum on March 12. The symposium was presided over by Zheng Lannsun, vice chairman of the Central Democratic League.
