根据以往的教学经验,我发现后进生的心理特征有许多共同的特点:1、对学习没有兴趣。2、后进生在心理上有很强的自卑感。3、有很强的逆反心理。4、渴望得到教师与家长的关爱。后进生的形成大致都经历过以下几个过程:出现问题——屡教不敢——教师与学生的激烈碰撞——教师心灰意冷——对学生放任自流——学生成为后进生。因此后进生通常都是班级中被教师忽视,最缺少关爱的一份子。在教学中注意培养后进生学生的情感因素,教师要促成后进生积极情绪体验的积累,要积极创设条件让后进生怀着快乐的情绪进行学习。
Based on past teaching experience, I found that the psychological characteristics of post-graduation have many common features: 1, no interest in learning. 2, backward students in psychology have a strong sense of inferiority. 3, there is a strong sense of rebellion. 4, eager to get teachers and parents care. The formation of post-graduated students have generally experienced the following processes: Problems - Reluctance to teach - Teachers and students fierce collision - Teacher frustrated - Students indulge - Students become backward life. Therefore, post-graduation is usually ignored by teachers in the class, most of the lack of care. In teaching, students should pay attention to the affective factors of students after graduation. Teachers should promote the accumulation of positive emotions of posthumous students, and should actively create the conditions for postgraduates to study with the emotions of happiness.
