患者胡某,女,11岁;因左眼不慎被旧船底锈铁钉剌伤、感伤眼疼痛,视物不见,于伤7 h 许来我科急诊。检查:左眼有光感,球结膜充血、角膜10～4点钟位一斜形裂口,虹膜嵌顿于角膜裂口、前房充满血液及凝血块,虹膜及眼后节段无法窥视。摄眼眶正侧位片示:左眼眶结构完整,未见有异物和骨折。处理:急诊入院手术(角膜修补术+虹膜嵌顿切除术),术毕球结膜下注射庆大2万 u+地塞米松2.5
