本案坐落于西班牙赫罗纳省奥斯塔尔里克(Hostaric)市镇的一个软木旧工厂内,这里以前是村庄学校。项目规划共有三个不同楼层,面积约占900平方米。设计师在使用本土原料和继承加泰罗尼亚的烹饪传统的基础上打造了一个多元化的美食中心。该美食中心旨在向顾客诠释每一件产品,强调其质量的重要性和奇异性以及起源,让顾客观赏、了解的同时品尝到各种各样的食物。
The case is located in an old cork factory in the town of Hostaric in the province of Girona, Spain, formerly a village school. The project plans a total of three different floors, an area of about 900 square meters. Based on the use of indigenous ingredients and the succession of Catalan culinary traditions, designers create a diverse culinary center. The culinary center is designed to interpret each product to its customers, highlighting the importance and origin of its quality, allowing customers to enjoy and taste the wide variety of foods while they are watching.
