“长征三号”运载火箭集中体现了我国火箭技术的最新成就,标志着我国在这方面已跨入世界先进行列。实践已经证明,在我国科技、经济条件比较落后情况下,能在较短的时间内研究、开发出“长征三号”这类高技术产品,其组织、管理工作是成功的。因此,本文着重从目标管理、组织指挥、项目管理、质量管理等几个方面,系统总结与介绍“长征三号”的基本管理经验,试图为其他高技术项目的研究与开发提供借鉴的参考。
The “Long March III” launch vehicle has embodied the latest achievements of our country's rocket technology and marked that our country has stepped into the advanced ranks of the world in this regard. Practice has proved that under the circumstance that our country's science and technology and economic conditions are relatively backward, it is possible to study and develop the “Long March No.3” high-tech product in a relatively short period of time. Its organization and management are successful. Therefore, this paper systematically summarizes and introduces the basic managerial experience of “No. 3 Zhengzheng” from the aspects of target management, organization and command, project management and quality management, and tries to provide reference for the research and development of other high-tech projects.
