The 20th World Petroleum Congress was held in Doha, Qatar from December 4 to December 8, 2011. It was my pleasure to attend the conference and made a speech at the Roundtable on Energy and Geopolitics. The World Petroleum Congress has been 78 years of history, once every three years, is the oil industry’s Olympic Assembly.
