伴随着我国经济的不断发展,我国煤矿企业的规模也在不断扩大,作为煤炭企业的综合管理部门,为了适应这种情况,办公室管理水平也在不断提高。在煤矿企业的发展中,企业的整体管理水平发挥着重要的作用,甚至可以说是衡量一个企业实力的标尺。但是目前我国煤矿企业办公室管理仍然存在很多问题,本文从这些问题入手,提出了优化办公室管理的有效措施,为我国煤矿企业提高办公室管理水平做出参考,让煤炭企业得到更好的发展。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, the scale of China’s coal mining enterprises is also constantly expanding. As an integrated management department of coal enterprises, in order to adapt to this situation, the level of office management is also constantly improving. In the development of coal mining enterprises, the overall management of enterprises play an important role, and can even be said to be a measure of the strength of an enterprise. However, at present, there are still many problems in the management of the office of coal mines in our country. Starting from these problems, this paper puts forward some effective measures to optimize the office management and makes reference for the coal mines in our country to improve the office management level so that the coal mines can get a better development.
