目的 探讨心脏快速射血期排血量的正常值。方法 将１５０ 例正常成人分成三个年龄组，每组各５０ 例，按非线性公式计算各指标。结果 心脏快速射血期的Ｖｐ 、Ｑｐｉ、Ｖｐ／ＳＶ 以及Ｐ＋／Ｐ－ ，随年龄增大而减小，且青年组与老年组之间有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；Ｔｐ 、Ｔｓ 、Ｔｐ／ＬＶＥＴ 在各年龄组之间无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ；男女性别之间，除ＳＶ、Ｖｐ 之外，余指标均无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。结论 非线性公式计算心脏快速射血期的排血量和时间参数能够反映心脏射血的基本规律。
Objective To investigate the normal rate of rapid ejection during cardiac ejection. Methods 150 normal adults were divided into three age groups, 50 cases in each group, according to the non-linear formula to calculate each index. Results Vp, Qpi, Vp / SV and P + / P- in fast ejection period decreased with age, and there was a significant difference between young group and elderly group (P <0.01). Tp, Ts, Tp / LVET had no significant difference among all age groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female except for SV and Vp (P> 0.05). Conclusion The non-linear formula to calculate the rapid ejection of cardiac ejection volume and time parameters can reflect the basic law of cardiac ejection.
