近年来,浙江省以及地(市)、县(市、区)等各级政府及基层单位,都出台或采取不了少有关激励人才的政策措施,对人才量与质的增长起到了一定的促进作用。但是在政策制定、力度,实施对象、激励主体等方面,也还存在许多不足,特别是与国内外横向对比,差距不小。因此针对浙江省在人了激励政策措施上存在的不足,提出以下几点对策建议供参考。
In recent years, all levels of government and grassroots units in Zhejiang Province as well as prefectures (cities) and counties (cities, districts) have promulgated or adopted less relevant policies and measures on motivating qualified personnel, which has contributed to the growth in personnel quality and quality effect. However, there are still many deficiencies in the formulation of policy, strength, implementation of the object, motivation and so on, especially with the horizontal comparison at home and abroad, the gap is not small. Therefore, in order to solve the insufficiency of people's incentive policies and measures in Zhejiang Province, the following suggestions and suggestions are put forward for reference.
