摘要目的通过对神经性厌食症病人和正常体质量对照组的腰椎CT小梁纹理分析来确定骨骼完整性指标,并进一步明确小梁纹理的体部成分预测。材料与方法该横向研究通过机构伦理委员会批准并符合HIPAA,已获取书面知情同意。该研究纳入30例患有神经性厌食症的女性[平均年龄(26±6)岁]和30名相应年龄正常体质量的女性(对照组)。所有参与者均进行校准模型的腰4椎体低剂量单层定量CT扫描。使用软件进行小梁纹理分析,评估偏度(灰阶像素分布不对称性)、峰度(像素分布的峰值)、熵(像素分布的不均匀性)
Abstract Objective To determine the skeletal integrity parameters of lumbar spine CT images of patients with anorexia nervosa and normal weight control group and to further confirm the body composition prediction of trabecular texture. Materials and Methods This cross-sectional study was approved by Institutional Ethics Committee and conforms to HIPAA and obtained written informed consent. The study included 30 women with anorexia nervosa [mean age (26 ± 6) years] and 30 women with normal body weight (control group). All participants underwent a low-dose, single-slice, quantitative CT scan of the lumbar vertebra 4 in the calibration model. Trabecular texture analysis was performed using software to assess skewness (grayscale pixel distribution asymmetry), kurtosis (peak pixel distribution), entropy (pixel distribution inhomogeneity)
