At present, Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs have failed. However, the fate of enterprises is different. Chinese enterprises die with the failure of CEOs. Chinese enterprises are the funeral objects of entrepreneurial failures. For example, Jiang Wei, Wu Bingxin, Qiao Ying and Qin Pool, Asia's veterans and their businesses die together. The failure of big US corporations and CEOs only shows that executives have made mistakes. The board of directors immediately adopts a new succession plan to select the more suitable CEO candidates instead of being exasperated at the same time because of the CEO's failure. In contrast, the key issue that differentiates is the board of directors. The board of directors of Chinese companies suffers from vase disease. Without proper system arrangement, functions are also lost and are of no real use. We translate the following example to illustrate the role of the board of directors of large US companies in choosing successors to readers. CEO shifts, the board plays a decisive role.
