心理学理论认为,人最大的自信来自于被群体的认同感。华中师范大学师附属小学(以下简称华师附小)陈祖兰老师首倡的“学生讲堂”就是基于这个理念而生成的极富创造性的设想。让学生自主拟定主题、寻找资料、制定讲课提纲、制作ppt、联系授课事宜等举措,充分激发了学生学习的自主性,锻炼了学习多方面的能力,极大地提升了学生的自信心。这是孩子们可持续发展的基石。陈祖兰老师的试验成功了,孩子们出名了,但作为幕后策划者,陈祖兰老师更关心的是孩子们的成长,她希望借助“小小讲师团”这个平台促进孩子们更好地成长。本文刊登“小小讲师团”的成长经历,希望对关注孩子们成长的各方都有所启示。
Psychological theory that people are the biggest self-confidence by the community’s sense of identity. However, as a mastermind behind the scenes, Professor Chen Zu Lan is more concerned with the growth of children. She hopes to help children grow better through the platform of “Little Lecturer”. This article published the growth experience of “Little Lecturer”, hoping to enlighten all parties concerned about the growth of children.
