目的研究高血压健康管理方案对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 100例老年高血压患者,按照护理方案不同分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者仅进行一般临床健康教育,研究组患者在一般健康教育基础上加入高血压健康护理方案,比较两组患者治疗依从性的变化。结果治疗前两组患者的治疗依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的依从性评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高血压健康管理方案能够提升老年高血压患者治疗的依从性,改善患者的血压状态,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of hypertension health management on treatment compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods One hundred cases of elderly patients with hypertension were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing plans, each with 50 cases. Patients in the control group only received general clinical health education. Patients in the study group were enrolled in the Hypertensive Health Care Program on the basis of general health education, and the treatment compliance was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the treatment compliance score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the compliance score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertension management programs can improve the compliance of treatment for elderly hypertensive patients and improve the blood pressure status of patients, which deserves clinical promotion.
