On the morning of January 25, the spirit briefing session of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Central Propaganda Corps was held in the People’s Hall of Xinjiang. Zhang Chunxian, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and party secretary of the autonomous region, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
