企业治理工作是对企业生产的规划、管理和控制;企业党建则是对企业中基层党组织的建设,二者看起来是两种不同的制度安排。然而,这两种制度安排之间有一定的重叠关系,能否顺利融合企业党建与企业治理是在中国特色社会主义初级阶段进入新时期不可绕过的特殊问题。本文便探讨了实践中企业采用的几种党建工作与企业治理制度融合的模式,并对之存在的问题作出分析与评估。
Corporate governance is the planning, management and control of enterprise production. Corporate party building is the building of grass-roots party organizations in enterprises, and the two seem to be two different institutional arrangements. However, there is a certain overlapping relationship between these two institutional arrangements. Whether the party building and corporate governance of enterprises can smoothly merge is a special issue that can not be circumvented in the new period when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters the initial stage. This article explores the practice of several types of party-building work and corporate governance system integration model, and analyze the problems that exist.
