为解决高速铁路隧道群发生火灾后,列车可能行驶到桥梁上进行救援疏散的问题,研究隧道群间桥梁救援定点的设置方法。首先,提出桥梁救援定点的概念,总结4种桥梁救援定点的设置模式,即竖向疏散模式、纵向疏散模式、横向疏散模式和组合模式。然后,分析列车在隧道群发生火灾后的2种停靠方式,基于此建立桥上停车概率的事件树分析模型,推导出桥上停车概率的计算公式。最后,利用该方法对贵广高铁其岭-天平山隧道群间的黄沙河中桥进行救援定点设置决策。结果表明:列车在隧道群发生火灾后,停至桥梁上的概率达到30%时,应该在桥梁上设置救援定点;救援定点的设置模式主要与桥下地形条件、桥梁类型等因素有关。
In order to solve the problem that the train may travel to the bridge to rescue and evacuate after the fire in the tunnel group of high-speed railway, this paper studies the setting method of rescue anchorage of bridge between tunnel groups. First of all, this paper proposes the concept of bridge rescue anchorage, and summarizes the setting modes of four kinds of bridge rescue anchorage, namely vertical evacuation mode, vertical evacuation mode, horizontal evacuation mode and combination mode. Then, two kinds of stopping methods after train fire in tunnel group are analyzed. Based on this, an event tree analysis model of parking probability on the bridge is established, and the formula for calculating the stopping probability on the bridge is deduced. Finally, this method is used to make decision on the rescue set-point of the Huangshahe River Bridge between its ridge-Tianpingshan Tunnel Group. The results show that when the probability of the train reaching the bridge reaches 30% after the fire in the tunnel group, the rescue fixed point should be set on the bridge. The setting mode of the rescue fixed point is mainly related to the topographical conditions under the bridge and the type of bridge.
