随着经济的高速发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,以及“瘦肉精”、“苏丹红鸭蛋”、“三聚氰胺奶粉及牛奶”、“假牛肉”等等一系列食品安全问题的相继曝光,食用绿色无公害产品已成为广大消费者生活消费的首选。为了满足广大消费者的需要,丰富百姓菜篮子,针对四川省天全县拥有丰富山地林业资源,采取肉鸡林下生态养殖模式。肉鸡长时间放养,鸡群密度小,活动量大,能量消耗多,脂肪沉积少,肉质鲜美。同时,林下生态鸡不仅使生态畜牧业和环境保护有机结合起来,还促进了农民就业增收,优化了区域产业结构,改善了养殖生态环境,很具有推广价值。
