为适应四化建设的需要,充分利用已有建筑物进行改、扩建,是节省基建投资、发展生产的有效途经。本文介绍几个厂房挖潜改造的实例。例1 某工厂的成品库是个跨度为18米的单跨车间,其结构系采用大型屋面板、预应力折线形屋架、钢筋混凝士工字形柱、独立柱基。厂屋设有起重量为3吨的桥式吊车。基础平面尺寸为2.5×4米,埋深-1.500米。地基的地表层为耕土,其下是多年的老填土层,为砂质粘土,掺有少量的碎砖、卵石(地耐力R取10吨/米~2),标高-6.000米以下为老土层(基本地耐力R=18吨/米~2),地下水位为-8.000米左右。现将成品仓库改造为生产车间,需要建立新的生产工艺流水线。其中有一重型设备,与其相连接的连动轴,对地基差异沉降很敏感,一旦出现差异沉降会加快转动轴的磨损,甚至会造成断裂。因此,该设备基础的底标高不能设在填土层,而应设置在老土
In order to meet the needs of the four modernization projects, the full use of existing buildings for renovation and expansion is an effective way to save investment in infrastructure and develop production. This article describes some examples of plant potential improvement. Example 1 The finished product warehouse of a factory is a single-span workshop with a span of 18 meters. Its structure is made up of large-sized roof panels, prestressed polygonal-shaped roof trusses, I-shaped columns of reinforced concrete bars, and independent column bases. The factory house has a crane with a capacity of 3 tons. The basic plane size is 2.5 x 4 meters and the depth is -1.500 meters. The ground surface of the foundation is ploughing soil. Under it are many years of old filling layers. Sandy clay, mixed with a small amount of crushed bricks, pebbles (tolerance of ground endurance R takes 10 tons/m~2), elevation below -6,000 meters is old Soil layer (basic endurance R=18 tons/m~2), groundwater level is about -8.000 meters. Now transforming the finished product warehouse into a production workshop requires the establishment of a new production process assembly line. One of the heavy equipments, linked with it, is very sensitive to the differential settlement of the foundation. Once differential settlement occurs, it will accelerate the wear of the rotating shaft and even cause fracture. Therefore, the base height of the equipment can not be set on the landfill, but should be set in the old land.
