随着近年来先进技术的引进,机械化程度的提高,监测监控技术的应用,加之老井技术改造,对机电专业的管理,对职工队伍素质的要求也愈来愈高。同时,依据《矿山法》、《安全生产法》、《煤矿安全监察条例》对煤矿机电监察提出了更高的要求。本文根据现场监察中的问题,结合工作实际情况进行一些探讨。
