小儿速效感冒灵是儿科常用的解热镇痛药。其成分为扑热息痛,人工牛黄,扑尔敏。扑热息痛的含量测定方法采用酸水解后的重氨化法测定,操作费时。本文采用差示分光光度法,直接测定小儿速效感冒灵中扑热息痛的含量。方法简便、准确,现报道如下。1 仪器与试药:①仪器:日本岛津 uv—265型紫外分光光度计。②试药:扑热息痛,人工牛黄,扑尔敏符合药典规定。小儿速效感冒灵为市售品。批号为910102、910101、910103.2 扑热息痛测定条件的确定:精密称取扑热息痛适量,制成含15μg/ml 的0.01mol/L 的 NaOH 溶液及相
