目的探讨中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将门诊内异症患者110例随机分成2组,中西医治疗组57例,单用西药组53例。结果中西医结合组与单用西药组的治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对内异症患者用西药治疗同时根据“血瘀”之因,辅以相应的理气、温经、补肾、益气凉血诸法辨证施治,疗效优于单用西药组,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on endometriosis. Methods One hundred and ten outpatients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups: 57 cases in the TCM-WM group and 53 cases in the WM group alone. Results The treatment effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medicine group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Western medicine treatment of patients with endometriosis at the same time based on “blood stasis ” of the reasons, supplemented by the appropriate qi, warm, kidney, qi and blood of all kinds of syndrome differentiation, the effect is better than the single Western medicine group, it is worth Clinical application.
