目的观察阿昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将带状疱疹患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组25例给予口服阿昔洛韦、消炎痛,肌内注射维生素B1维生素B12,外用黄连炉甘石洗剂;治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上,同时加用半导体激光照射皮损处,2次/d。两组疗程均为10 d。结果治疗组的止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、总病程均比对照组短(P<0.01);治疗组的后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹能明显提高疗效,降低后遗神经痛的发生率,是一种安全可靠的方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of acyclovir combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of shingles. Methods 60 cases of shingles were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given acyclovir, indomethacin, intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 B12 and external use of crocidine calamine lotion. Conclusion Aciclovir combined with semiconductor laser treatment of shingles can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of post-natal neuralgia, is a safe and reliable method.
