一、前言近年来大麦栽培与生理方面的研究有了进一步发展。大麦幼穗分化过程的划分和幼穗分化的特点都曾有过研究与报道(1)(2)。但对灌浆过程方面的研究只见小麦抽穗后灌浆物质积累和分配方面的研究有过报道(3)(4),而大麦这方面的研究未见公开报道。对此我们于1983—84年进行了大麦抽穗后灌浆物质积累与分配过程的观察试验。通过本试验对大麦抽穗后各器官灌浆物质积累与分配动态的研究,了解其灌浆过程,为抽穗后的栽培管理和适时让茬提供依据。
I. Introduction In recent years, research on barley cultivation and physiology has been further developed. Barley spike differentiation and spike differentiation characteristics have been studied and reported (1) (2). However, studies on the process of grouting have only been reported on the accumulation and distribution of grouting matter after heading (3) (4), but the research on barley has not been reported publicly. In this regard, we carried out in 1983-84 barley heading grain accumulating and distribution of the observation process. Through this experiment, we studied the dynamic of accumulation and distribution of grain-filling substances in the organs of barley after heading, and learned the process of grain-filling, providing the basis for crop cultivation management and timely cropping after heading.
