After CT is used clinically, the diagnosis of brain diseases is an equivalent contribution, but the clinical symptoms of CT scan may not necessarily have changed. Neurology in our hospital from November 1983 to the end of April 1984, the outpatient and inpatient clinical symptoms of head CT scan were done a total of 678 cases, of which 218 cases of CT scan showed no abnormalities, accounting for 31.1%, this article to do so An analysis. Clinical data analysis First, a total of 372 cases of cerebrovascular disease CT scan, no change in 48 cases, accounting for 12.9%. Of which: (1) TIA 8 cases, mild or temporary symptoms, no change in brain structure estimated, CT showed negative, consistent with clinical diagnosis. (2) 6 cases of simple subarachnoid hemorrhage without cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction or normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus in clinical assessment are all CT scans two weeks after the onset of the disease. The result is negative and clinically
