历时4天的第四届特钢小型及线材轧钢会议于1990年10月15日在贵阳钢厂召开。参加会议的有特钢企业,院校和冶金设备研究所及制造厂等30多个单位的60余位代表,会议由冶金部生产司负责同志主持,科技司、机动司派员出席了会议,会议就改革开放10年来特钢小型及线材轧钢的技术进步,引进设备的工艺技术消化和今后发展方向进行了热烈讨论,对一些主要问题取得了一致看法。生产司王建英副司长在会上就各项议题及进入“八五”期间特钢小型及线材轧机的改造和发展作了重要讲话,应邀参加会议的各方面专家也对议题提出了宝贵建议,会议于18日圆满结束。
The fourth special steel small and wire rolling meeting which lasted for 4 days was held in Guiyang Steel Plant on October 15, 1990. More than 60 delegates from more than 30 units, including special steel enterprises, institutions, metallurgical equipment research institutes and manufacturing plants, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the comrades responsible for the production department of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. The Division of Science and Technology and the Mobility Division attended the meeting, The meeting held a heated discussion on the technological progress of special steel rolling and wire rod rolling in the past 10 years of reform and opening up, the digestion of the process and technology for the introduction of equipment, and the future development direction. Some consensus was reached on some major issues. Deputy Director Wang Jianying of Production Department made an important speech at the meeting on various topics and the transformation and development of special steel small-size and wire rod mill during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. All experts invited to the conference also made valuable suggestions on the issue , The meeting ended on the 18th.
