为了保持香港的亚洲金融中心地位,中国政府不会轻易出手,可是面对香港刚刚回归一周年多的现实,不要说经济利益,仅从政治意义上看,如果香港真到了最困难的时候,中国政府一定会全力支持。在香港及国际金融形势发生剧烈动荡之际,中央高级领导人一致强调经济安全问题,显然是一种战略的安排,表明中央在维护经济安全,防范金融风险方面不仅已形成共识,亦可能形成一套对付最坏状态的具体战略战术。
