目的:研究肌酐较正—碱性硼氢化钾还原—冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞的方法。方法:尿样以硼氢化钾还原,在253.7 nm波长下,读取最大峰值。根据标准系列峰值与浓度的线性关系,经肌酐较正计算样品中汞的浓度。结果:尿汞在2.0~180μg/L的范围内,检测浓度与峰值呈直线相关关系,回归方程Y=2.86×103x+16.9,最低检出浓度为2.0μg/L,精密度0.377%~1.82%,回收率91.1%~104.0%,尿汞浓度须经肌酐较正。结论:方法快速简便,精密准确,适用于大批量样品的现场分析。
OBJECTIVE: To study the method for the determination of mercury by creatinine more positive-basic potassium borohydride reduction-cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Urine samples were reduced with potassium borohydride and the maximum peak was read at 253.7 nm. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and accurate and can be applied to on-site analysis of large quantities of samples.
