患儿王某,男,10岁。阵发性眩晕伴恶心一年余。一年前不明原因患病,起病急,视物旋转,自身摇晃,不能行走,恶心、呕吐,不伴耳鸣、耳聋,亦无意识障碍及抽搐等。每次发作持续约数分钟～半小时,最长约一小时。每日数次或数日发作一次。患儿平日健康,否认高烧惊厥史、头部外伤史及家族癫痫史。曾按美尼尔氏病治疗无效。检查:一般情况好,心肺(一)。腹软,肝脾未触及。双眼底正常。头颅平片(一)。两次脑电
