我院是一所全民所有制企业的二级综合医院,现有职工170人。专业技术力量有正高职称1人,副高职称22人,中级职称46人,设置病床120张。临床和医技科室23个,为二级乙等综合医院,成为长沙市达标上等级的四所企业二级医院之一。实践证明,以病人为中心,以技术设备为动力,以医疗质量为基础,以两个效益为目标是企业医院的生存发展之路。一、以病人为中心是随着医学模式转变,医疗服务方式改革而要求医疗工作应从针对疾病的诊断治疗转变为为病人提供生理、心理、社会、文化等全方位的服务,服务对象由“疾病”
