山特维克掘锚机滚筒直径1 m,截割宽度5.0~5.4 m,能够一次成巷,具有工效高、巷道成型好的特点。掘进过程中,带式输送机机尾段至掘锚机二部输送机(转载机)段吊挂的电缆频繁伸缩,对电缆绝缘强度是一种巨大考验。冯家塔煤矿目前采用电缆夹板(同采煤机电缆夹板)夹持,直接落于地面拖动的方式,由于井下环境恶劣,经常会面临低洼处积水的现象,直接将电缆伸缩段在积水处拖动,会对电缆绝缘性能造成影响,不利于安全稳定运行;其次,电缆直接落于地面造成巷道混乱,不利于质量标准化工作
