随着信息技术的发展,跨境电商作为外贸企业深入国际市场的重要渠道,在一定程度上间接影响着国家经济转型的发展效益。在商业对外贸易发展进程中,跨境电商人才缺失现象较为严重,构建一支具备国际贸易、商务英语综合性知识较强的队伍显得尤为关键,便于辅助跨境电商行业的持续运行。基于此,本研究以跨境电商作为切入点,重点探究如何培养高职外贸人才,为其提供几点优化建议,以供相关研究参考。
With the development of information technology, as an important channel for foreign trade enterprises going deep into the international market, cross-border electricity suppliers indirectly affect the development efficiency of the country’s economic restructuring to a certain extent. In the course of the development of commercial foreign trade, the lack of cross-border e-commerce talents is more serious. It is particularly crucial to build a strong team with strong international trade knowledge and business English knowledge to facilitate the continuous operation of cross-border e-commerce businesses. Based on this, this study uses cross-border e-commerce as an entry point, focusing on how to cultivate foreign trade professionals in higher vocational education, to provide them with some suggestions for the relevant research for reference.
