目的:探讨异基因造血干细胞移植术后患者体内环孢素A( CsA)血药浓度的影响因素,为临床合理使用该药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法收集73例异基因造血干细胞移植术后使用CsA的患者病历资料,记录患者性别、年龄、体质量、CsA剂量、血药浓度、相应生化检验值及联合用药。应用SAS软件(6.04版)对数据进行多元线性回归分析。结果多元线性回归分析结果显示,CsA单位剂量血药浓度与年龄、红细胞压积、血清肌酐值以及合并服用钙拮抗剂之间存在明显正相关( P ﹤0.01),与白蛋白存在显著负相关( P ﹤0.05)。结论患者年龄、红细胞压积、血清肌酐值以及是否合并服用钙拮抗剂是患者体内影响CsA血药浓度的重要因素。“,”Objective To investigate the relationship between blood concentration of cyclosporine A ( CsA),physiological and pathological factors of patients and coadministration after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation( allo-HSCT). Methods Blood concentration of CsA and clinical data involving gender,age, body weight,dosage of CsA,corresponding biochemical testing values and coadministration were collected retrospec-tively from 73 cases who had received CsA orally after allo-HSCT and analyzed with multiple linear regression method using SAS 6. 04 software. Results According to multiple linear regression analysis,a significant positive rela-tionship was found between unit dose blood concentration of CsA and age,haematocrit,serum Creatinine( Cr)level and coadministration of calcium antagonist,respectively( P ﹤0. 01),and negative correlation between unit dose blood concentration of CsA and albumin( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The age of patients,haematocrit,serum Cr level and coadministration of calcium antagonist are significant factors that elevate the blood concentration of CsA.
