对于校长来说,教师队伍的管理是一项最重要又最 难处理好的工作。教师是人,具有不同的性格与个性。思 想不一致,想法千差万别,能力有高低。但在现行体制 下,教师客观上是“单位里的人”。工作危机意识不强,加 之对现时大力倡导的“以人为本”管理理念的曲解,有些 教师产生了管理认识上的误区,把人凌驾于学校制度之 上。 对于教师在遵守学校规章制度的管理上,我认为既 要强调制度的严肃性、确立制度的权威性,又要讲究执 行制度的人文性。 我校有一名教师,其教育教学专业水平很强,在县
