紫菜属(Porphyra)植物是一类原始红藻,属于红藻门(Rhodophyta)红藻纲(Rhodophceae)红毛菜亚纲(Bangiophycidae)红毛菜目(Bangiales)红毛菜科(Bangiaceae),是世界上具有重要经济价值的大型海藻之一[1]。皱紫菜(Porphyra crispata)是野生紫菜的主要种类之一,其主要分布区是福建省东山岛以南及广东省沿岸海域[2]。脆江蓠(Gracilaria chouae)属于红藻门(Rhodophyta)杉藻目(Gigartinales)江蓠科(Gracilariaceae)
