农村医疗卫生工作目前面临着许多困难和问题。而最突出、也最难以解决的是人才结构出现断层。笔者根据所调查研究的资料认为:这个问题已成为当前制约农村卫生事业发展的主要因素之一。 Rural health care is currently facing many difficulties and problems. The most prominent and most difficult to solve is the faults in the talent structure. The author believes that this problem has become one of the major factors that restrict the development of rural health services.
