目的：制定消淋散含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定消淋散中绿原酸的含量。结果：定量方法灵敏，准确。结论：该方法可做控制质量用。
Objective: To develop a method for determining the content of Xiaolinsan. Methods: The content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaolinsan was determined by RP-HPLC. Results: The quantitative method is sensitive and accurate. Conclusion: This method can be used to control quality.
