从涉外海事审判实务的实际出发,运用抽样统计和实证分析的方法,紧密联系最新法律动态,对涉外海事审判中国际条约的适用情况、适用途径和存在的问题进行分析与讨论,充分结合我国建设社会主义法制的理念提出可行建议。
Based on the actual practice of foreign-related maritime trial practice, we use the methods of sample statistics and empirical analysis to closely follow the latest legal developments and analyze and discuss the application, applicable approaches and existing problems of international treaties in foreign-related maritime trials. The concept of socialist legal system put forward feasible suggestions.
