【目的】测试不同保存温度对两种牙本质粘接剂粘接强度的影响。【方法】将可乐丽菲露S3Bond(TS)和可乐丽菲露SE Bond(SEB)的处理剂(SE)分别保存在4℃(冰箱中)、20℃(恒温室内)和40℃(保温箱)直至14周,通过剪切试验、冷热循环试验测试其粘接强度以及扫描电镜观察树脂牙本质粘接面。【结果】TS对照组粘接强度为(16.41±2.90)MPa,40℃保存14周后显著下降为(13.62±2.12)MPa;SE对照组粘接强度为(21.63±3.50)MPa,40℃保存14周后显著下降为(16.11±4.33)MPa。而冷热循环2万次后未见粘接强度的显著性下降。扫面电镜观察SE 40℃保存14周后粘接混合层出现气泡。【结论】自酸蚀粘接剂在较高温度保存下酸性单体和亲水性单体会水解劣化从而影响了粘接强度。
【Objective】 The effects of different storage temperatures on the adhesive strength of two dentin adhesives were tested. 【Method】 The agents (SE) of Kuraray phenanthrene S3Bond (TS) and SE Bond (SEB) were stored at 4 ℃ (freezer), 20 ℃ (constant temperature room) and 40 ℃ ) Until 14 weeks, through the shear test, thermal cycling test to test the adhesive strength and scanning electron microscopy resin dentin bonding surface. 【Results】 The adhesive strength of TS control group was (16.41 ± 2.90) MPa and decreased significantly to (13.62 ± 2.12) MPa after storage at 40 ℃ for 14 weeks. The adhesive strength of SE control group was (21.63 ± 3.50) MPa and was stored at 40 ℃ After 14 weeks significantly decreased to (16.11 ± 4.33) MPa. The hot and cold cycles after 20000 times no significant decrease in bond strength. Scanning electron microscopy SE at 40 ℃ stored at 40 ℃ for 14 weeks after the bubble adhesion layer. 【Conclusion】 The self-etching adhesive can hydrolyze and degrade acidic monomer and hydrophilic monomer at higher temperature, thus affecting the bonding strength.
