铁路客车运用中,要求在客车尾部悬挂侧灯,其状态好坏直接影响车辆的安全运行。在使用过程中悬挂侧灯会遇到各种天气和操作情况,因此主要解决好侧灯的耐用性、亮度、在各种天气状况下使用等问题。以前,铁路客车侧灯一直采用48V白炽灯泡,白炽灯泡由于采用悬挂钨丝的方法,极易烧断,在行车中更加容易损坏,而且能效低,运用过程难于控制其不断。为解决这一问题,我们研制了LED铁路客车侧灯。本文介绍了LED铁路客车侧灯的功能、特性及电路气路工作原理。
In the use of railway passenger cars, it is required to suspend the side lights at the rear of the passenger car, which has a direct impact on the safe operation of the vehicles. Suspended in the course of the side lights will encounter a variety of weather and operating conditions, so mainly to solve the durability of the side lights, brightness, use in a variety of weather conditions and other issues. In the past, the passenger sidelights of the railway passenger cars used 48V incandescent light bulbs. Since incandescent bulbs are easily hung due to the method of hanging tungsten wire, they are more easily damaged during driving and have low energy efficiency. Therefore, it is difficult to control the continuous use of the incandescent light bulbs. To solve this problem, we developed the LED railway passenger lights. This paper introduces the function, characteristics and working principle of air circuit of LED railway passenger lights.
