毫无疑问,当前我国必须努力扩大内需,而扩大内需的关键在于提升消费需求,促进居民消费增加、消费率提升。现在有一种观点认为,扩大内需应该促进中高端人群增加消费。浙江工商大学教授应宜逊不赞成这种观点。认为这种观点在理论上是不正确的,付之于实践则不仅无助于提升消费率,而且还将带来诸多严重不良后果。其理由有四: There is no doubt that at present our country must strive to expand domestic demand, and the key to expanding domestic demand lies in raising consumer demand, promoting the increase of residents’ consumption and raising the rate of consumption.
