为了解决某些工件孔内槽和平面的加工这个难题,我们制作了悬臂铣头如图。此悬臂铣头与X63万能铣床配套,伸入工件孔内进行切削加工。如图所示是悬臂铣头加工连轧机某零件的内齿端圆弧,几何图形如图A部.加工方法是,用内六角螺栓使悬臂铣头与万铣铣头相联接,锥度接头插入万铣铣头锥孔内,注意锥度要与万铣铣头主轴孔的7∶24锥度相同。驱动铣床,刀杆转动,经过第一、二、三级齿轮传动使第四级齿轮转动,至使铣刀作旋转切削运动。注意第四级齿轮的内孔锥度须与铣刀刀杆锥度相配。
