应用二维超声心动图（２－ＤＥ）检出室间隔缺损，房间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭等三类间隔缺损先心病共７３例，经手术证实，术前２－ＤＥ诊断符合率１００％。统计学分析表明，２－ＤＥ确定动脉导管未闭和室间隔缺损口的大小，与术中实测相比，相关性好（γ分别为０．９８和０．９０，Ｐ均＜０．０１），但对确定房间隔缺损大小的相关性较差（γ＝０．６２，Ｐ＞０．０５），作者详细分析了造成２－ＤＥ测量误差的原因及其改进办法。
Two-dimensional echocardiography (2-DE) detected ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus and other three types of septal defect congenital heart disease in 73 cases, confirmed by surgery, preoperative 2-DE diagnosis coincidence rate of 100% . Statistical analysis showed that 2-DE to determine the size of patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect compared with the measured intraoperative, the correlation was good (γ = 0.98 and 0.90, P <0.01) However, the correlation between the size of atrial septal defect and the size of atrial septal defect was poor (γ = 0.62, P> 0.05). The author analyzed in detail the causes of the 2-DE measurement error and the improved methods.
