1990年2月13-16日,以中国社会科学院副院长、著名经济学家刘国光教授为团长的中国经济学家代表团,应苏联科学院阿甘别吉扬院士(原苏联科学院经济学部院士秘书,现为苏联部长会议国民经济学院院长)和阿巴尔金院士(苏联科学院经济学部副院士秘书兼经济研究所所长、苏联部长会议第一副主席)的邀请,参加了在莫斯科举行的《中苏两国经济改革学术研讨会》。会后,苏联《消息报》记者甘申采访了苏方代表团团长、苏联科学院经济学部代理院士秘书沙塔林院士(苏联总统委员会成员)和中方代表团副团长、中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所所长李京文教授,并于1990年2月25日在苏联《消息报》上发表了采访报导。应读者要求,特译成中文,载于本刊,以飨读者。
