Pearl lived in a villa for half a lifetime On October 18-19, 2002, a series of activities were held in the famous historical and cultural city of Zhenjiang. The grandfather of the Chinese people solemnly commemorated the 110th anniversary of the birth of American woman writer Pearl S. Buck in 1938, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature.
