1983年11月10日《人民日报》头版左下方刊登如下一则新闻: 澳门水泥厂有限公司开业 新华社香港11月9日电 中国国际信托投资公司副董事长熊向晖8日在澳门水泥厂有限公司的开幕式上说,“澳门水泥厂是澳门第一家跨入重工业领域的企业,它正式开工以后,不但对澳门、香港和内地的一些建筑行业有益,而且对澳门的繁荣和稳定,将会产生积极作用。”
