市人民政府决定对《上海市生食水产品卫生管理办法》作如下修改: 一、第一条修改为; 为了加强本市生食水产品的卫生管理,预防食物中毒,防止肠道传染病的暴发流行,保障人体健康,根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》的规定,制定本办法。 二、第二条修改为: 凡在本市行政区域内从事生食水产品的生产经营,应当遵守本办法。 三、第四条修改为: 市卫生行政管理部门负责本市生食水产品的卫生监督管理工作。区、县卫生行政管理部门负责本辖区内生食水产品的卫生监督管理工
The Municipal People’s Government decided to make the following amendments to the “Shanghai Sanitary Management Measures for Raw Food Aquatic Products”: 1. The first article was amended to: To strengthen the hygiene management of raw aquatic products in the city, prevent food poisoning, and prevent the outbreak of intestinal infectious diseases. To protect human health, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the “Food and Health Law of the People’s Republic of China”. 2. Article 2 shall be amended as follows: Any person engaged in the production and operation of raw aquatic products within the administrative area of this Municipality shall abide by these Measures. 3. Article 4 shall be amended as: The municipal health administrative department shall be responsible for the hygiene supervision and management of raw aquatic products in this Municipality. District and county health administrative departments are responsible for hygiene supervision and management of raw aquatic products in their jurisdictions
