程序温度控制器是用微电机自动调节DWT-702精密温度控制仪的毫伏给定值,使它随时间按一定规律变化,进而控制加热炉的功率,达到程序控制炉温的目的。如图所示,程序给定器按事先规定的程序给出毫伏设定值,热电偶所测得的炉腔温度毫伏值与其相比较,产生一定的偏差,送入702精密温控仪进行放大和P、I、D运算调节,然后送入自制的功率放大器,以调整加热丝电流,实现温度的自动程序控制。
