本文报道了单侧妊娠大鼠妊娠侧与未孕侧卵巢静脉血浆中的孕酮含量。结果表明,妊娠侧卵巢静脉血中孕酮含量高于未孕侧(分别为623.89±156.05毫微克/公斤及217.99±64.42毫微克/公斤)。但两侧卵巢内⊿~5-3β羟甾脱氢酶活性,无明显差别。由此可推测妊娠侧卵巢内甾体分泌增加而不是甾体合成增加。此外还观察了假孕大鼠及假孕脱膜瘤大鼠外周血及卵巢静脉血内的孕酮水平。结果表明蜕膜瘤组外周血及卵巢静脉血内孕酮(38.47±1.94毫微巢克/公斤与843.13±184.20毫微克/公斤)高于单纯假孕组(26.01±2.17毫微克/公斤与279.40±45.10毫微克/公斤)。而两组卵巢内⊿~5-3β羟甾脱氢酶活性无明显区别。由此可见,蜕膜组织可增加孕酮的分泌率。
This article reports the progesterone content in the ovarian venous plasma from the unilateral and bilateral pregnancies in unilateral pregnancy. The results showed that the content of progesterone in the ovarian side of the pregnant side was higher than that in the unintended side (623.89 ± 156.05 ng / kg and 217.99 ± 64.42 ng / kg respectively). The two groups of ovarian nepheline ~ 5-3β hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase activity no significant difference. Thus, decidual tissue can increase the rate of progesterone secretion.
