当我们面对迎风飘扬的党旗,当我们庆祝党的93周年生日,我们每个人都应该扪心自问,我们是否把党员意识贯彻到我们的工作中,树立在我们的标杆上。总的看,档案队伍的党员思想先进,作风硬朗,奉献精神强。但不容忽视的是,有那么一些同志党员意识不强。有的面对纷繁的社会思潮,摇摇摆摆、犹豫徘徊;有的面对工作中的困难,畏首畏尾、不敢向前;有的把个人利益放在第一位,计较得失、追名逐利、拈轻怕重;有的业务不精,糊糊涂涂,失去了先进
