刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt.)为蔷薇科蔷薇属植物,别名文光果、木梨子,以根及果实入药。我省资源十分丰富。本草书籍记载本品甘酸涩平,能消食健脾、清热止血、收敛止泻。罗登义、王成发等曾研究发现刺梨果实富含维生素C(VC),本文研究了该药对消化系统及免疫功能方面的作用及毒性。 实验材料 药品 刺梨果汁系用新鲜刺梨果实压榨而得的浆汁;刺梨总提取物(RT)系刺梨果实用95%乙醇迥流提取而得的稠羔;RT的乙醚提取物(B部分),均由我院植化教研室提供。 试剂 五肽胃泌素(840418,上海生物化学研究所),DL—酪氨酸(800769,中科院生物化学所),印度墨汁(820501,北京西
Rosa roxburghii Tratt. is a rose plant of the Rosaceae family. It is also known as Wen Guang Guo and Mu Zi Zi. They use roots and fruits as medicine. Our province has very rich resources. Materia Medica books record this product is sour and sour, can eliminate spleen, relieve heat, stop bleeding, convergence diarrhea. Luo Dengyi and Wang Chengfa have studied and found that the fruit of Rosa roxburghii is rich in vitamin C (VC).
